• "Project" refers to the video production work commissioned by the Client.

3. Services Offered

Weever Media specializes in producing videos tailored for SMEs. Our services include, but are not limited to, video planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the project requirements.

• Grant necessary access to locations, talents, and materials as required for the project.

• Respect agreed-upon schedules and timelines.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit of [X]% is required before the commencement of the project. (This is agreed before each project and can be subject to change).

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.

• Additional expenses incurred during the project (e.g., travel, props) will be billed separately and must be settled promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the final video, including intellectual property rights, will belong to the Client upon full payment.

• Weever Media reserves the right to use completed work for promotional purposes.

7. Revisions and Alterations

• The Client may request reasonable revisions to the project. Major changes beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation

• In the event of project cancellation by the Client, any non-refundable expenses incurred will be billed to the Client.

9. Confidentiality

• Weever Media and the Client agree to keep any sensitive information regarding the project confidential.

10. Liability

• Weever Media is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the video produced, nor for any copyright infringements related to materials provided by the Client.

11. Termination

• Weever Media reserves the right to terminate the project if the Client breaches the terms outlined herein.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms

• Weever Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
